Nubia’s Galaxy Z Fold 7 challenger and Flip 3 foldable leak ahead of launch

Ana sayfa / News

Nubia looks set to step deeper into the foldable ring, and this time, it’s not just playing catch-up. A new leak has revealed two upcoming devices: a book-style foldable poised to rival the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, and a refreshed clamshell model the Nubia Flip 3.

While Nubia has previously dabbled in foldables with two clamshell models, this marks its first attempt at a book-style design. Leaked images show the device open and from the rear, revealing a nearly bezel-less inner display and a front-facing camera nestled in the top-right corner.

The standout feature? A wide rear camera module that spans nearly a third of the back panel. It holds four circular elements though, much like Nubia’s RedMagic 11 Pro+, not all may house actual camera lenses. No specs or display measurements have surfaced yet, but a leaked schematic confirms a punch-hole selfie camera on the outer screen, along with speaker placement, USB-C port, and SIM tray location.

OnePlus Watch Lite lands as budget-friendly smartwatch option

OnePlus Watch Lite gets official in Europe, revealing a sleek design and core fitness features ahead of its December 17 release.

Nubia isn’t recycling designs here. The Flip 3 ditches the rectangular screen from its predecessor and instead adopts a wraparound cover display, mimicking the style of Motorola’s Razr 60 Ultra. It stretches across the top shell and wraps around the dual rear cameras.

Though it seems to lack an LED flash at first glance, that’s not the case. Nubia has relocated the flash to the lower half of the device an unusual spot, but one that mirrors Honor’s setup on the Magic V Flip 2.

Here’s a quick look at what we know so far:

Nubia hasn’t shared launch dates or confirmed hardware specs for either device, but the leak signals a shift in ambition. Whether they land before the year closes or wait until 2026, one thing is clear Nubia’s folding future isn’t just about following trends, it’s about flipping the script.
